How do I care for my nic-nac product?
All products are made using ONLY-WASHED-ONCE DENIM for long-lasting smartness and comfort.
miniwrap
COLD wash. Line dry. Warm/Hot IRON.
nappywrap
Spot wash with COLD soapy water or GENTLE machine cold wash. Remove inner pocket (if still clean) • re-fasten nappywrap so the velcro doesn't catch on other items. Open out bag to LINE DRY. Denim can be IRONED using a warm temp, PLASTIC SIDE DOWN.
DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

Spot wash with COLD soapy water or GENTLE MACHINE wash cold setting.
HOT IRON will bring the bag back to life again.

Spot wash with COLD soapy water or GENTLE MACHINE wash on cold setting.
Denim can be IRONED using a warm temp, PLASTIC SIDE DOWN.

Can I wear a baby-carrier (sling, ergo, hug-a-bub etc) with a nic-nac nappywrap?
• Yes, you can wear both the nappywrap and carry-all with baby carriers where the babies are carried on the front. These include THE ERGO and HUG-A-BUB and SLING-A-LONGS. Simply lengthen the straps, wear them across your body (with the nappywrap or carry-all held at the back or your side) so you're hands free.
• We recommend wearing our nappywraps close to your body to prevent them swinging in front while bending forward, for instance picking up a toddler or seated bub.
How long does it take to receive my nic-nac order?
Our products are all sent using regular post, so once you have received the email that it's been dispatched, it's then up to Australia Post to get it to your mailbox. If you need it registered or express posted, or indeed couriered, please contact us via email or phone to discuss costs.
If what you have ordered is IN STOCK - your item will generally be posted within 48 hours of receiving your order, and therefore you should receive your nic-nac mail in 7-10 working days. If your item is needed in a hurry or by a special date, please let us know immediately so we can help you reach your deadline. For all orders placed where the items are out of stock, we'll be in touch to discuss the options. Thanks
